Short season. Our bees had a hard year, so there is less honey to go round and it will run out. There is plenty of manuka: see the manuka.
Honey from our own hives, extracted and packed by the family at Peak Crossing.
What you get depends on what was flowering. Across a year our bees work spotted gum, bush box, mugga ironbark, clover, grey gum, black box, avocado, yapunyah, yellow box and mangrove, so the flavour moves from delicate and fruity to warm and bold with the seasons.
We do not heat it, so it will candy over time. That is normal for honey that has not been heated and it does not change the taste. Stand it in warm water to bring it back.
Honey is not suitable for babies under 12 months.

Questions
The ones people ask
Gone solid?
That's honey being honey. Sit it in warm water and it comes back.
Why a squeeze bottle, not glass?
It posts without breaking and pours without a spoon.
Why does it cost more than supermarket honey?
One family keeps the bees, extracts it in our own shed and bottles it at Peak Crossing. What you pay goes to the beekeeper.
Where do the bees go?
Across Queensland and into New South Wales, chasing whatever is flowering. The code on your lid tells you the region and the season.
