Terms of service

This website is operated by FARMGATE HONEY AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, ABN 26 613 791 174 ("Farmgate Honey", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is added at checkout and shown to you before you pay. We charge your payment method in full when you place the order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. A tax invoice is emailed with your order confirmation.

We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline an order or supply a smaller quantity, for example when stock has run out or a batch has finished, and if we do we refund you in full.

Honey is a seasonal, single batch product. Colour, flavour, density and the rate at which a jar candies vary between batches and between seasons. That variation is the product behaving normally, not a fault.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can and we do not make claims we cannot substantiate. Photographs are of our own product, but colour on a screen is not an exact match for the jar.

Allergies and safety

Honey is a natural product and may contain traces of pollen, wax and propolis. Do not give honey to infants under 12 months of age. If you have an allergy to bee products, do not consume our products. Our products are food. They are not therapeutic goods and we make no medicinal or therapeutic claims about them.

Using this website

You may use this site to browse and to buy. You may not use it to interfere with its operation, to scrape it at volume, or for any unlawful purpose. Everything on this site, including text, photographs, the Farmgate Honey name and our logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without our written permission.

Our liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or any other right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price.
