Honey from our own hives, extracted and packed by the family at Peak Crossing.
What you get depends on what was flowering. Across a year our bees work spotted gum, bush box, mugga ironbark, clover, grey gum, black box, avocado, yapunyah, yellow box and mangrove, so the flavour moves from delicate and fruity to warm and bold with the seasons.
We do not heat it, so it will candy over time. That is normal for honey that has not been heated and it does not change the taste. Stand it in warm water to bring it back.
Honey is not suitable for babies under 12 months.
