This product contains bee pollen which can cause severe allergic reactions.
Bees gather pollen as they move from flower to flower and pack it into the baskets on their back legs until it forms small golden granules. This is that pollen, from our hives.
It tastes earthy, nutty, sweet, floral and a little citrusy. Sprinkle it over an acai bowl, stir it into yoghurt, blend it into a smoothie or put it on porridge. It goes on salads, on top of biscuits and iced cakes, and into energy balls and granola bars. Restaurants dust desserts with it, and bartenders rim glasses with pollen and honey.
