Short season. Our bees had a hard year, so there is less honey to go round and it will run out. There is plenty of manuka: see the manuka.

Three of our honeys, 500g or 1kg each, packed together in one parcel.

Postage is charged by weight, so three in one box costs less each to send than one on its own. This is the way we recommend buying it.

What you get depends on what was flowering. We pack from what is in the shed that week. Tell us in your order whether you want three of the same or a mix of what we have, and we will match it if we can.

We do not heat it, so it will candy over time. That is normal and it does not change the taste. Stand it in warm water to bring it back.

Honey is not suitable for babies under 12 months.
